This South facing apartment rental at the prestigous Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club enjoys front line views over the Championship golf positions. The apartment's terraces overlook the manicured fairways and beyond to the sea. Set amidst the foothills of the Sierra Blanca Mountains, this rental is just inland from Marbella & the marina town of Puerta Banus.

Apartment "Casa Mariposa" occupies a truly privileged position which only a few apartments on the whole of Los Arqueros resort benefit from, overlooking the 18th fairway.

The decoration is light and airy with beautifully furnishings in soft ivory cream and gold. There are ivory marble floors throughout and all the windows are double glazed. The bedrooms are fitted with roller shutters for added privacy.
The large entrance hall leads into spacious living accommodation.
The lounge has a CD, radio, Sky TV with the full Sports and Movies pakage and a DVD player. The telephone is equipped for internet access. French doors lead on to the main terrace complete with a large wooden dining table and chairs, matching drinks trolley and brick barbeque.
An extra large ivory cream parasol provides shade for this sunny south facing terrace, which is perfect place for alfresco dining.
The dining area is also furnished with a quality ivory cream dining suite and dresser. The large fully fitted oak kitchen with granite work surfaces, has an integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A separate laundry room is provided with a washer, tumble dryer, ironing facilities etc. There is a full range of matching crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans - indeed everything you could hope to find at home!
There are two pools, one of which is directly in front of the apartment, both with showers and toilet facilities. The pools are set in landscaped gardens that are illuminated by countless fairylights as the light fades at the end of the day.
The Accommodation - 3 bedrooms sleep 6
The Spanish theme continues into the Master bedroom with ivory cream bedroom suite and matching ivory cream voiles, drapes and bedlinen. The fully tiled ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower, basin, hair dryer, w.c. and bidet.
There is a full range of fitted wardrobes with mirror, oodles of hanging space, shelves and drawers. French doors lead from this bedroom on to the second private terrace again with fabulous views. The two cream recliners provide a perfect place to sit and relax at the end of the day!
Two further twin bedded rooms this time in Spanish blue and yellow each have a full range of fitted wardrobes and drawers, bedside tables and lights with French doors onto main terrace. The fully tiled Family Bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin and w.c.

Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club
Casa Mariposa is literally two minutes stroll from the secluded pools where you'll find loungers and parasols for your use. The Clubhouse is within a five minute walk and offers every possible facility including restaurants, bars, outside terraces, gym, tennis, squash, sauna, children's play area. There is also a bank with cashpoint and the offices of Taylored Services - who take every care in managing our apartments. Los Arqueros benefits from 24 hour - 7 day a week security.Coast/Beach

Airport
The drive from Malaga takes about 30 to 40 minutes on the E15 Motorway. Car hire is rocommended and details can be provided of a rental company with very competitive rates.Designated parking immediately to the rear of the apartment with extra parking close by.
