Some rooms have Marble flooring and the whole house retains charm and its historic native character, with original beams and beautiful windows. It is all in an excellent state of repair and has modern electrical systems to UK standard. Original Tosca stone features throughout the house, and is spectacular in the sitting room fireplace, with a huge beam and 2 inglenook areas.
The villa features a very large 12 x 6 metre swimming pool.

HOW TO GET TO JAVEA
The house is almost equidistant from Aliante and Valencia Airports. About 1 hour from alicante and 1hour 10 mins from Valencia. Cars are excellent value from both airports. It is also possible to drive from Santander or Bilbao in one day.
