Luxury 3 bedroom villa rental that sleeps 6. Puerto Bello Villa is located in La Manga, just South of the Costa Blanca in Spain. This rental villa is near the beach and a convienent 4 mile drive to the Golf Club.

The villa is only a few metres from sandy beach and all other amenities, bars, restaurants, shops and marina. All water sports within a short distance, horse riding, tennis, hiking and cycling close by.

Large family bathroom with bath and separate shower and ground floor cloakroom. Own filtered water system so no carrying water bottles from the shops! There is a new pool, out door shower and comfortable terrace furniture.
Large roof terrace with cooking griddles, table and chairs for 10 and sun loungers for dedicated sun worshippers

Mar Menor beach : 2 mins. and Cavannah Square , about a 5 minute stroll is very lively in the evening though local bars and 'Nobbies' Cantina' for English breakfast are closer.
The Marina, just around the corner has a very good restaurant or just sit on the terrace and watch the sunset

PRICE
A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking, balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival together with £400 refundable breakage deposit.
Arrival is usually 5pm and departure 11am. This will be changed where possible to fit in with your flights. Nearest airport is Murcia – 25 mins or Alicante 1 hour 10mins, both airports are reached by very good roads and directions can be supplied. It is not necessary to hire a car as everything is within walking distance though it is a shame not to explore the area. Airport pick up can be arranged, charge is usually 100 Euros each way for up to 4 people, 125€ up to 7 passengers.
